At August 7, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Israel-Ukraine signed a joint Memorandum on cooperation and interaction with Ukraine, Republic of Korea, USA, Ireland, and Poland. The purpose of the Memorandum is to organize cooperation between the sides on the implementation of a joint project to create an international medical cluster based on the Scientific Park «Lviv Polytechnic» in Lviv and on other territories of Ukraine. Funding will be attracted from international funds and programs.

Directions of activities according to the Memorandum are the following:
– Production of personal protective equipment for local and international markets
– Сreation of an international medical cluster based on the Scientific Park «Lviv Polytechnic» in Lviv and on the other territories of Ukraine
– Research in the field of stem cells, including in the context of the fight against the corona
– Research on Generative Diseases, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s.
– Digital Health
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Israel-Ukraine will be happy to provide access to Israeli technology of digital healthcare companies, share experience to help other countries in necessary transformations aimed at improving the quality of health care. The CCI is ready to involve Israeli companies in the project and sees a great potential for cooperation in the development of innovative technologies.
