Conditions of associative partnership
Ассоциативное партнерство с Торгово-промышленной палатой Израиль-Украина является формой сотрудничества для компаний, организаций, предпринимателей, профессиональных объединений, экспертов и иных лиц, заинтересованных в развитии деловых, торговых, инвестиционных и экспертных связей между Израилем и Украиной.
An associative partnership does not constitute membership in the Chamber and does not confer the rights of a Chamber member.
An associate partner may be a legal entity or an individual, including a public, professional, or other organization, that shares the Chamber’s goals and is interested in collaborating.
The Chamber considers each application individually, taking into account the applicant’s field of activity, goals of cooperation, and business reputation.

Establish business contacts with members, partners and the expert community of the Chamber
Participate in individual projects, working groups or expert discussions in agreement with the Chamber
Initiate joint events, publications or business projects in consultation with the Chamber
Responsibilities of an Associate Partner
The Associate Partner undertakes
- Comply with the Charter of the Chamber, internal rules and decisions of the authorized bodies of the Chamber in the part applicable to the associative partnership
- Act in good faith and not to damage the business reputation, objectives, interests or activities of the Chamber
- Provide accurate information and promptly report changes to your data
- Comply with the terms of use of the Chamber's name, logo, and partner status
- Pay any required partnership or organizational fees on time, if applicable.
Partnership registration procedure
To establish an associative partnership, the applicant submits an application to the Chamber that includes information about the applicant, its field of activity, and the objectives of the partnership.
The Chamber will review the application and may request additional information if necessary.
Статус ассоциативного партнера предоставляется на основании решения уполномоченного органа Палаты, подписания договора или выполнения иных условий, определенных Палатой.
Status Restrictions
The associate partner has no right
- Participate in the management of the Chamber
- Vote at meetings of the Chamber's bodies
- To elect or be elected to the organs of the Chamber
- To speak on behalf of the Chamber without separate written consent
- Use the name, logo or status of the Chamber for public, commercial or promotional purposes without the prior permission of the Chamber
Termination of an Associative Partnership
The association partnership may be terminated
From the date of partnership termination, the individual loses the right to exercise the status of associate partner and the associated benefits. Obligations incurred prior to the partnership termination date remain fully enforceable.
- At the initiative of an associate partner
- At the Chamber’s initiative, in the event of a violation of the terms of cooperation, internal rules, or requirements regarding business reputation
- In the event of a failure to meet financial obligations
- In the event that an associate partner ceases operations
- Upon expiration of the partnership, if it was established for a specific term
- Based on the decision of the authorized body of the Chamber
