Step-by-Step Guide to Becoming a Member of Commerce and Industry the Israel–Ukraine Chamber of Commerce.

Step 1: Submitting an application

Оформление и подача официального заявления о вступлении в Палату в соответствии с требованиями Устава

  • The applicant submits a formal application requesting membership in the Israel-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
  • Заявление оформляется в соответствии с требованиями и форматом, установленными Уставом Палаты, и должно содержать информацию о заявителе, а также согласие с принципами Устава Палаты.
  • Заявление направляется в адрес Совета директоров Палаты в установленном порядке и регистрируется для дальнейшего рассмотрения.

Step 2: Providing recommendations

Предоставление рекомендаций двух или более действующих членов Торгово-промышленной палаты Израиль-Украина.

  • К заявлению о вступлении прилагаются рекомендации двух или более действующих членов Торгово-промышленной палаты Израиль-Украина.
  • The recommendations confirm the applicant’s professional reputation, their alignment with the Chamber’s goals and values, and their interest in developing bilateral cooperation.

Step 3: Рассмотрение заявления и принятие решения Торгово-промышленной палаты Израиль-Украина

Consideration of the application by the Board of Directors and making a decision on accession.

  • Поданное заявление и сопроводительные материалы рассматриваются Советом директоров.
  • Based on the results of the review, the Board of Directors makes a decision on accepting the applicant as a member of the Chamber or on denying accession.
  • If a negative decision is made, the applicant has the right to file an appeal for consideration of the issue at the next general meeting of members of the Chamber in the manner prescribed by the Charter.

Step 4: Payment of membership fees and registration of membership

Payment of annual membership fees and official registration of membership in the Chamber.

  • After the decision on accession has been approved by the Board of Directors, the applicant shall pay annual membership fees in the established amount.
  • С момента поступления членских взносов членство заявителя в Торгово-промышленной палате Израиль-Украина считается оформленным.
  • Information about the new member is included in the register of members of the Chamber.
